Our Instructor

Dennis Park is a Black Belt certified by Kukkiwon (World Tae Kwon Do Headquarters), which is the official Tae Kwon Do governing organization in South Korea.  He started his martial arts training at the age of 4.  His parents emigrated to the U.S. from South Korea back in the 1970’s, and wanted their son to embrace their culture and enrolled him in Hapkido.  His family moved and settled in Garden Grove, California where he discovered another martial art that captured his attention...TAE KWON DO!!!

He completely embraced this traditional Korean Martial Art and through hard work and dedication received his Black Belt in 1996.  He is now a 3rd Degree Black Belt and has dedicated himself as a practitioner in this art, but his real passion was teaching others what he had learned.

The mental discipline that comes with learning Tae Kwon Do is just as valuable as the physical training itself.  Attributes of Discipline, Respect, Dedication, Honor and Integrity enhances one’s life beyond the Dojang.  Our Instructor believes the richness that martial arts can provide to a person’s life should be shared with everyone and not just those who can afford it.  Over the last 17 years, he has taught students of all ages from all walks of life…and embraces the opportunity to teach anyone who has the desire to learn.
